What has been your favorite customer experience?

I can''t say I have just one but usually any customer that I can help reach their goals. Whether its getting on a bike for the first time or training to do an Ironman triathlon! If I can be a part of it, It makes my job rewarding.

Wear a helmet! Helmets save lives people!

My kids.

What was your greatest personal achievement?

Getting married and having 3 beautiful children.

If you could be friends with any famous person, dead or alive, who would it be and why?

Neil Peart I would love to sit down and have a drink with the guy. He seems so genuine and I''m sure would have the best stories to tell.

Other than biking, what is another hobby you enjoy?

Hiking, and cheering my 3 competitive swimmers on!
