What has been your favorite customer experience?

My favorite experience has always been speaking to someone new to cycling & helping them to form the full picture that enables them to get started in their journey to loving cycling.

What’s the best advice you can give new riders?

Of course I would share my plethora of Safety Cat tips to help them avoid some of the pitfalls I encountered when I first started & didn''t know anyone to ask at the time.

Where is your favorite place to ride?

Anywhere my husband is riding. My fondest memories are pace lining through the Great Swamp pedaling in unison and getting into a euphoric rhythm with only the sound of the breeze & the pedals turning over.

What bikes do you own?

1) custom Serotta Coeur D''Acier road bike 2) All City Space Horse commuting bike 3) Giant Intrigue mountain bike 4) Parlee Z5 road bike 5) Cannondale Tandem road bike that I share with Brendan.

What bike(s) are on your wish list?

A Commuter Bike that''s a little lighter than the Space Horse.

What was the first bike you owned?

Cannondale M400 Mountain Bike - Black with hot pink details.

What inspires you?

I''m inspired every time I go out for an early morning ride. It''s quiet and peaceful and the world is a beautiful place. It''s the kind of ride you live off of all day long.

What was your greatest personal achievement?

For me what comes to mind first is when I first started riding & was mountain biking up a a particularly steep & technical hill. After starting at the bottom & trying several times, I was about to give up. Suddenly a rider came by & zoomed up the hill like it was nothing at all. At that moment I decided I was either sleeping in the park that night or I would ride up that hill. Got it on my very next try. It was exhilarating.

If you could be friends with any famous person, dead or alive, who would it be and why?

My husband is famously wonderful to me and the only person I ever want to ride with or spend any time with at all.

What is your personal motto?

Never say never - you are capable of whatever you think you can do. Or as a wise man once said, "whether you think you can or you think you can''t, you''re generally correct".

Other than biking, what is another hobby you enjoy?

Does drinking coffee at Smart World with Brendan count as a hobby? Other than that, whatever free time I have, I always want to ride my bike.
